Thank you for stopping by this blog – a little corner I created after years of working in Human Resources, where I reflect on real-life experiences, insights, and lessons learned while walking alongside people and organizations.
With over 8 years in the field — including 3 years as an HR Manager — I’ve had the opportunity to build HR systems from the ground up, from designing policies and evaluation tools to driving cultural alignment and strengthening team engagement.
But more than any title or task, what I’ve truly learned is this: every person is a story, and working in HR is an ongoing journey of listening, understanding, and adapting.
